Walter Röhrl

Walter Röhrl (born the March 7th 1947 with Regensburg) is a racing driver German which was inter alia two foix World champion of the rallys.

Career

He makes his beginnings in rally in 1968 and disputes its first rally of the Championship of the world, the January 19th 1973 with the Monte Carlo on Opel Commodore GS/E (classified 45e) and the last the May 31st 1987 in Acropolis Rally, on a Audi 200 Quattro will end in an abandonment (driving).

He gained 14 rallys of the Championship of the world.

He is also the only pilot of rally to date having gained the rally of Monte Carlo 4 times out of 4 different cars.
