Walter Jon Williams (born with Duluth, Minnesota the October 15th 1953) is an American writer .
He studied at the university of New Mexico (University off New Mexico City). He currently lives close to Albuquerque.
At the origin writer of maritime novels, it was then devoted to the Science-fiction (even with the Cyberpunk). Walter Jon Williams explored various styles, of humor to the historical novel while passing by the thriller.
