Walter Hallstein
Walter Hallstein (born the November 17th 1901 á Mainz and deceased the March 29th 1982) was a German politician . He was the first president of the European commission of 1958 with 1967 (Commission Hallstein) until the reserves of the France in its connection bring so that he is replaced by Jean Rey which will hold there the presidency of 1967 with 1970.
