This last construction, from traditional style, admirably benefits from a broken piece and from difficult form, with a skill which falls under the great tradition of the 18th century, as the change of axis between the carriage door and the main courtyard and the hall and the large living room, made unperceivable by an oval hall of plan, with swerve on the side of the large main staircase, as with the Hôtel Matignon. After the First World War, Destailleur carried out some transformations in this building for the account of its new owner, Mr. Bessonneau.
At the same time, Destailleur restores the Hôtel of Crillon (1907), Place of the Harmony, the hotel of Ferronays, the castle of That-Saint-Cloud and the Palais of Haroué in Lorraine, property of the family Beauvau-Craon.
