Walt McKechnie
Walter " Walt" McKechnie (born the June 19th 1947 with London in Ontario) is a former player of Hockey, recognized as much for its skills of manufacturing play as for the number of professional clubs for which he played.
McKechnie was fished out by the Maple Leafs of Toronto 6th on the whole of the Repêchage amateur of the LNH 1963. In addition to Leafs, he played in the National league of hockey for the North Stars of Minnesota, the Golden Seals of California, the Bruins of Boston, the Red Wings de Détroit (twice), the Capitals of Washington and the Rockies of Colorado, in addition to passing by the American Ligue of hockey, the Central Hockey League and the Western Major Hockey League.
In 955 matches in the LNH, it marked 214 goals and 392 per 606 points.
McKechnie is today owner of the McKeck' S , a family restaurant on the street Highland with Haliburton in Ontario.
