Walt Disney World Hospitality and Re-creation Corporation

The Walt Disney World Hospitality and Re-creation Corporation , as well as the Walt Disney Travel Company, the Walt Disney World Company and the Reedy Creek Improvement District, have and manage the ground of the Walt Disney World Resort.

History

The Recreacres , was recorded with the Delaware as of 1968 in order to help to buy the grounds for Walt Disney World Resort, the majority were repurchased (by transfer) by the Compass East Corporation , now renamed Walt Disney World Company .

The January 19th 1971, Recreacres changed name to become the Buena Vista Land Company . Then the September 6th 1973, it became Buena Vista Communities .

The Fischer and Howard Corporation and founded on July 1st 1976 in order to take control several small farms in the area. It takes the name of Harvest Groves the June 22nd 1993.

And finally the June 22nd 1998, Buena Vista Communities , Incorporated is renamed Walt Disney World Hospitality and Recreation Corporation .

The Harvest Groves amalgamates with the Walt Disney World Hospitality and Recreation Corporation the September 30th 1999.
