Walls and Bridges
Published the September 26th 1974, Walls and Bridges , is the last original album of John Lennon before one long period and before the last published of alive sound.
The fans accustomed to a John Lennon very prolific will not include/understand this blackout some 6 year old meadows on the level of the original productions. Except for an album of recovery (Rock'n'roll Roll) and of a best off (Shaved Fish), Lennon will remain dumb and will be reserved for its family until the publication of double fantasy in August 1980, nearly 4 months before its assassination.
The cover which illustrates the album Walls and Bridges is the resumption of a drawing that Lennon, impassioned by graphic arts, had carried out in June 1952 whereas it was hardly 12 years old.
