Walloons in German industry

It is the thesis of the German historian of the economy, Hans Seeling in Wallonische Industry-Pioniere in Deutschland 3-87011-083-9 translated into French at Wahle in Liege (1983), under the title the Walloons pioneers of German industry .
The places where these pioneers are exerted are Aachen and Düsseldorf (industry of the steam boilers, iron and steel industry), the oilfields of the North of Germany, the first factories of cars of coach and railroad in Aachen, Cologne and Rīga, the engines of plane in Cologne, the rolling mills, the factories of rail close to Eschweiler and Ratisbon, the iron and steel industry and coal mining of the the Ruhr, the zinc mines with Bensberg etc
The book ends in a list of 640 Walloon patronyms or Walloon origin.
