Wallonism

A wallonism is a linguistic milked of the French of Belgium borrowed from the Wallon. They can be characteristics of the Lexique (words, expressions, meanings) or of the Prononciation. Some lexical wallonisms were spread in Francophonie ( coal, firedamp, pub ) and are not perceived generally any more like such; the others constitute a subset of the Belgicisme S.

It will be noted that a sentence as a Walloon in a French conversation of Belgium is not more one wallonism that the sentence " " Let' S go! " " in a French conversation of Ile-de-France is not a Anglicisme.
