Wallet of competences
The Wallet of competences, still called " portfolio " by its North-American creators, is a personal, documented and systematic file.
It is consisted the person for a Reconnaissance of the assets or a Validation of the assets. It is the result of a personal step and it remains the property of its author who keeps under control his maintenance and his use.
