The wage-earning is a mode of organization of the work which rests on the Salaire.

The employee signs a contract with an employer, that it is individual or collective (Entreprise or State), carries out a work and touches a remuneration n the other hand (in end of the month, in general).

This system, resulting mainly from the Industrial revolution, is majority in all the alternatives of the Capitalisme. In France, it relates to approximately 90% of the credits.
