WESC (We are the Superlative Conspiracy), or WE , is a Swedish mark of clothing of originie having for inspiration the Skateboard and the Streetwear. Founded in 1999, it quickly became one of the most popular mark Swedish, as well in its country of origin as to the international level. One finds a little everywhere stores WE in the world, in particular Stockholm, Tokyo, Los Angeles, Munich or more recently New York. The mark is also distributed out of this dedicated network.

The company belongs for 50% to its founders (among them the President Greger Hagelin) and for 20 others pourcents to the group of Swedish investment Novax.

The mark was initially made known by sponsorisant many artists and Swedish musicians underground which had connections in the world of the skateboard. This helped WE to gain an alternative image near the Swedish young consumers who were critical towards the other companies considered as too being worried by their benefit. Sponsored WE still by its clothing of many personalities to which the mark gives the name of weactivists . Among them are Jason Lee, Chad Robertson, Jerry Hsu, Jussi Oksanen or Millencolin groups it.

This strategy starts to find its weakness by the fact that WE is in fact one of largest the company of clothing in Sweden. Their main office of Stockholm is located between Gucci and Cerutti on Birger Jarlsgatan, one of the most crested streets of the Swedish capital. Some their old weactivists even announced their regret to have promoted the mark, for example the group Looptroop.

Currently WE concentrates on its development with the the United States, because the leaders estimate that the market in Sweden is already saturated and they do not want to thus become larger in order to keep their image underground .
