W.i.c.k.e.d
In 2005, the Improvisators Dub finally reconsider to us the front of the scene with a splendid album entitled W.I.C.K.E.D (" méchant" in English, the equivalent of " that déchire" in patois jamaïcain). This album is actually two albums: the vocal version and its variation Dub.
Vocal
On this album, the vocal ones are ensured by Ras-I, " dub poet" anglo-jamaicain, the toaster Humble I, and an activist root S Reggae of the name of Asney. It is a rich album, attractive, very roots in the spirit. The ryhtmiques ones are jerked, the low one well ahead and arrangements are superb. Moreover, Impro have on this album a session coppers impressive: Saxophone S Baritone and Tenor and a Trombone. An oneiric album and deeply roots, simply an album which contributes directly to the classification of best the album roots 2005.
Dub
Whereas one could compare this album dub to a simple means of making bank the fans, not only the version dub is impressive by its surprises, its arrangements and its licked production, but in more the album the price of normal CD costs. There in short, you have all the reasons to sink… The version dub splendid, low, rhythmic is dubbées ahead, exotic instruments, quasi-absence of words… any harmony to create an environment dub, purified: quite simply planing.
