W.C.E. Thomas
William E.C. Thomas (born the November 21st 1818 with Muncy (Pennsylvania)) was the first mayor of Green Bay in Wisconsin. He moved in Green Bay in 1849, and became tanner and then mayor in 1854. He was an agent of the American Express since érablissement of the branch of Green Bay in 1857 until in 1871. He was the clerk of the Green Bay of 1858 with 1873, and was the chief of the post office of 1872 jusu' with his death in 1876.
He was married in Jane Thomas and he had a William child.
