Vombatiformes

The vombatiformes are one of both S of the Diprotodontia , large of Marsupiaux. Five of the seven S known of this sub-order is extinct.

Surviving families

The only surviving families are those of the Phascolarctidae , which include/understand the Koala S, and that of the Vombatidae , which includes/understands three S extinct plus the Wombat.

Extinct families

Among the extinct families, one finds the Diprotodontidae , which include/understand the Diprotodon.
