Their father, the lyric writer Géo Koger, works with Vincent Scotto. It is under the pseudonyms of Vline and Buggy that the two sisters Evelyne and Liliane Koger launch out, since 1947 in the writing of songs. They choose their names randomly by putting several possibilities in a hat.

- Ass Gould:
- I believe to dream , 1955

In parallel, it enters to the Tropicales editions.
The director, Rudy Revil, then ask him to adapt an American song: Girls, girls, girls of the Everly Brothers, composed by Phil Everley.
After having changed “anything nothing” of its first text into “beautiful beautiful”, the songs is recorded by Claude François and will become the first success of long series.
In 1971, it will place a studio of recording at the disposal of Alain Govic (become Alain Chamfort) and of Michel Pelay.
It is there that they will write, as from 1971, of the songs for Sylvie Vartan, Nicoletta, Herve Vilard, Petula Clark, until the day when Paul Anka, which dreams of another My way, takes a title to them which will become in the United States Do I coils you and will make the number one in the charts country before being recorded, in French, by Claude François under the title Plus only a joint address on words of Yves Dessca!
In 1973, it gains the Grand Prix of the Concours Eurovision of the song for the Luxembourg with You will recognize itself interpreted by Anne-Marie David and composed by Claude Morgan.

With more than forty years of career, Vline Buggy decided to leave its place to other authors…
