Vlastimir
Vlastimir 836 - 863, in Serb Cyrillic Властимир , Serb Prince. It is the back-back-small-wire of the Prince de Serbie Blanche which guided Serb Lusace towards the Byzantine Empire to defend it. He is also the founder of the Dynasty of the Vlastimirović.
His/her father is Prosigoj. He had three wire, Mutimir, Strojimir, Gojnik, as well as a girl. His/her daughter took for husband the prince Krajina, wire of Beloje, duke of Travonie.
The revolt against Constantinople
The Byzantines were not strongly installed in Serbia, they had only some mercenaries in their fortified towns. Whereas the Serb princes had important armed forces as well as an important administrative authority and legal on the population. This situation, instead of alleviating the Serb population, pushed certain hostile princes with the Christian missionary to organize a movement of total independence with respect to Constantinople. Towards the end of the reign of Vlastimir, the forces anti-Byzantines are organized, and the princes receive the assistance of the merchants who suffered more of the Byzantine taxes. The forces anti-Byzantines benefitted from the war in the East of Byzance to make their takeover by force, in a few weeks. All the Byzantine missionaries, like their fortified towns, were with the hands of the Serb ones. The Byzantines were completely surprised by this speed of execution.
The war against the Bulgarian ones
But the Bulgarian ones had acquired their autonomy with respect to Byzance before the Serb ones. Regarding as destiny to link under their banner all Slavic south, they decided to attack Serbia. During 3 years of continuation, they carried all their forces against Serbia. To fight them, the Serb ones decided to remain cut off in their forests and their mountains, and the Bulgarian ones, in enemy territory, could never occupy only one Serb fortified town. At the end of the three years of war, they gave up the idea of unit of Slavic south.
End of the reign of Vlastimir
After the victory of the anti-Byzantines over the Bulgarian ones, Vlastimir became Prince of all the Serb ones, and had a peaceful end of reign.
