Vladimir Yevgrafovitch Tatline (ВладимирЕвграфовичТатлин) - born in 1885 and died in 1953 in Moscow, is a painter and Russian sculptor constructivist.

Its most famous work is its project for a Monument with the Third International, going back to 1919 - 1920 but which will never be carried out into large (it was to be a true inhabited tower).
