Vladimir Prelog , born the July 23rd 1906 with Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzégovine) and deceased the January 7th 1998, is a Chimiste Suisse - Croatian.

It received the Nobel Prize of chemistry in 1975, for its contribution to the Stéréochimie of the molecules and the organic reactions. It shared the price with John Warcup Cornforth.

He taught with the federal Polytechnic school of Zurich ( Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule, Zurich ).
