Vladimir Gavreau
Vladimir Gavreau is a French scientist having worked on the effects of the infrasons in the Années 1960. He was director and professor of the laboratory the electroone of CNRS to Marseilles.
Its partly secret research explored the voice of the design of the weapons with infrasons.
