Vlad Constantinesco

Vlad Constantinesco is lawyer, specialist in Community legislation. It exempts a course of constitutional Law to the Université Robert Schuman, as well as a course of French and foreign political institutions to the Institut of political studies of Strasbourg.

Vlad constantinesco took part in many constitutional work, as the drafting of the new constitution of the Romania (country in which it is originating). Its talents of lawyers are recognized well beyond the French borders.
