Vitagora

Vitagora is a pole of competitiveness “Taste-Nutrition-Health” Burgundy Franche-Comté. It is labellisé by DIACT since July 2005. It aims to develop the rise of the economic actors of its two areas while contributing to the valorization of local excellence scientific and the promotion of the attractivity of the training companies of the Pole on the national plan and international.

71 Poles of competitiveness were labellisés including 13 of the agroalimentary sector. Among the latter, Vitagora is the only pole which treats the aspect Taste-Sensorialité.

Vitagora posts a single device in its kind of 8 platforms of competences and 7 industrial dies. The industrial dies put in close relation with the platforms of competences can then effectively integrate the whole of the fields of innovation at all the stages of the agroalimentary production/nutrition.

In September 2007, the wallet projects of pole contained 80 innovating projects (40 projects “industrialist” and 40 projects “seeks”) whose 50 projects were labellisés by the Pole. 6 projects “research” were validated and financed by ANR (National agency of Research). Farine+, project “industrial” headlight of the Pole, is approved by the FLED (Funds Single Interdepartmental).

Vitagora organized in Dijon two international events, the International Congress Health & Nutrition and the European Meetings “Taste-Nutrition-Health”.
