Synopsis

A couple of imps is sent by Satan on Earth in the year of grace 1485 like two ménestrels to sow misfortune and the destruction. Gilles falls in love with Anne, girl of the baron Hughes, to whom it should have brought only torments.

In the context of the occupation, the informed spectators seized the parabola of the war, the castle of the baron Hugues representing the mode of Vichy and Pétain and the devil, the Germans; the two lovers, statufiés at the end would return to Resistance.
