Vision of the insect
The Insects, thanks to their made up eyes, have a Vision colors, like showed it Karl von Frisch.
They see with a spectrum different from that of the human beings. In particular, some (Bees for example) can perceive near radiations of the Ultra-violet, invisible with the human eye. The flowers often have visible ultraviolet marks for such pollinating.
They can also detect the polarized Lumière. The Notonecte, when it starts from a Mare in the search of another, research this light polarized signs presence of a stretch of water.
