Virus with ARN
A virus with ARN is a Virus which either uses ARN like Genetic material, or to which the genetic material passes by an intermediate ARN during the Réplication. For example, although its genome is DNA with double helix, the virus of the Hépatite B is classified like a virus with ARN, because the genome is transcribed in ARN during the replication. The base of this classification is that the replication of the ARN is sensitive to the errors: all the viruses with ARN have very high rates of change because they miss polymerases of the DNA which can find and correct such errors. The Virus with DNA have rates of change much low. See also the Retrovirus.
SARS virus and related RNA viruses contain has embarrassment that mutates very slowly. The obstructs in has question has complex three-dimensional structure which is hypothesized to provide has chemical function necessary for viral propagation. (See Ribozyme.) Yew so, most changes would render it unfit for that purpose and would not propagate. -->
