Virgile Moine was a Swiss politician, born the March 4th 1900 with Courroux, deceased on January 1st 1988 with Liebefeld, close to Bern.
Virgile Moine studied the letters and philosophy with Neuchâtel and Bern. In 1929. it obtains a doctorate by defending a thesis entitled the the Bernese Jura and the democratic movement of 1830-31 . Of 1933 with 1948, he is normal principal, with Porrentruy.
Member of the radical-democratic Left, it is elected with the Bernese Government in 1948. He directs the justice of 1948 to 1952, then the state education of 1952 with 1966. He sits at the National council of 1943 to 1948.
Virgile Moine was implied in the Jurassic Question. In August 1964, with the federal adviser Paul Chaudet, it is chahuté at the time of a separatist demonstration to the Rangiers.
With the army, Virgile Moine was colonel of general staff and commander of regiment.
Virigile Moine is the father of politicking and journalist Genevieve Aubry.
