Vignes is a common French, located in the department of the Yrénées-Atlantiques and the area Aquitaine.
Its inhabitants is called the vignois.
Geography
The grounds of the commune are sprinkled by the Louts, affluent of the Adour and by the Luy de France, affluent of the Luy.

History
At the time of the transformation of the Viscount of Louvigny into county in 1555, the parish remains entirely isolated from the Béarn of which it however forms part.September 14th, 2007, the renovated center-borough was inaugurated in the presence of Marc Cabane, prefect of the Yrénées-Atlantiques, Jean-Jacques Lasserre, president of the General advice, Bernard Dupont, general adviser and of Christian Lescoulié, mayor.
Administration
Since November 2006, the commune has an antenna of the Cyber-bases of the 2 Luy S, financed with the assistance of the Communauté of communes of the canton of Arzacq, the general advice of the Yrénées-Atlantiques and the Caisse of the Deposits and the Consignments.
