Vinegar manufacturer

A vinegar manufacturer is a container used for the Fermentation of the Vinaigre, its conservation and its racking.

The vinegar manufacturers of domestic use can affect the form of a pot, of a small barrel or Tonnelet, of a Cruche. Their constitutive matter can be the ground, wood or metal. They present a higher opening to pour the liquid, closed by a stopper or a lid, and an opening at the lower part, with a stopper or a tap, to tap the vinegar.
