Vincent of Paul Lunda Bululu is a politician of the Democratic republic of Congo (DRC), born in October 15th 1942 with Mwema-Mulota in the south of the Katanga, married and grandfather. Lunda Bululu is professor with the Faculty of Law of the Université of Kinshasa and with Lubumbashi.
It was to advise at the office of Foreign affairs in 1984, General secretary of the Economic community of the states of central Africa (CEEAC), in 1984 and for a second mandate in 1989, Prime Minister for the Zaire, at the beginning of the transitional period, May 4th 1990 until its resignation on April 1st 1991, Ministre of Foreign affairs 1994. In 2006, it is presented in the form of a candidate to the Congolese presidential election of July 2006.
After having belonged to AFDL, it joint with the new party of the Congolese Gathering for the democracy in 1998. In 2001 it joined the Liberation movement of Congo of Jean-Pierre Bemba, and becomes appointed in the Dialog intercongolais and general police chief at the institutions and human rights, to resign of this station in December 2004.
