Vincent de Moro-Giafferi ( Xavier Etienne known as ) is large a lawyer French of the 20th century (1878 - 1956).

Of Corsica origin (Bastia), Vincent de Moro-Giafferi is recognized like one of large national lawyers.

It inter alia defended Landru, Dieudonné of the band with Bonnot in 1913, as well as the Bulgarian Communist militant Georgi Mikhailov Dimitrov, one of the alleged authors of the Incendie of the Reichstag of Berlin in the night from February 27th to 28th 1933, being caught some directly to the marshal Hermann Goering who will try to make it stop by the Gestapo at the beginning of the Second world war.
Il will defend in 1939/1940 Herschel Grynszpan to have assassinated Ernst vom Rath an adviser of the embassy of Germany the November 7th 1938.

Parliamentary career
