Biography

Originating in Fontenais (the Jura), Vincent Mangeat was born the April 21st 1941. After its studies with Swiss Geneva in , it obtains its diploma for the occupation of architect in 1969 at the Federal Polytechnic school of Lausanne (FPSL). To Paris it follows courses of Jean Prouvé to the Technical school. Assistant, then part-time lecturer at the Department of architecture of FPSL, it is named in 1985 professor-assistant at the Federal Polytechnic school of Zurich (EPFZ) where it will teach to his taking up the duties with FPSL, in 1990, in the ordinary capacity as professor of project and theory of architecture.
