Vincent Carlotti is a French politician, born with Aléria (Corsica) the May 3rd 1942.

Biography

Former student of the Agronomic National institute and Computer engineer, he is federal secretary of the Socialist party to the federation of High Corsica. Former mayor of Aléria, it was Vice President of the first Assembly of Corsica. Founding member of the current To now renovate, he is the coordinator for the Corsica area.
