Vincent Barteau

Vincent Barteau is a French racing cyclist, born the March 18th 1962 with Caen (Apple-brandy). It in particular shone in the Tour de France. In 1984, he endorsed the yellow jersey at the 5th stage to keep it during 12 days. In 1989, it gained a stage with Marseilles, on July 14th, day of the bicentenary of the French revolution.
