Villeroy (Somme)
Villeroy is a common French, located in the department of the Somme and the area Picardy.
Its inhabitants are called the Villeroyens .
Geography
History
The village was formerly named “ Villa Regia ” (in 1129). It was had by the Templiers which had established a wall around. The seigniory raised of Bailleul-in-Vimeu then passed to the lords of Rambures. The church Saint-Saver was rebuilt at the XIXe century.
