Village-Blanchard

Village-Blanchard or Blanchard Settlement is a DSL New Brunswick belonging to the parish of Caraquet, in the county of Gloucester.

History

August 1st During the Years 1990, there was a certain protest when the government decided to call the DSL Blanchard Settlement , in spite of a population mainly French-speaking. Citizens went even until installing their own sign bearing the name Village-Blanchard .

Infrastructures and services

There is a Aérodrome and the provincial roads 11 crosses the village.
