Viktor Zoubkov

Viktor Alexeïevitch Zoubkov (in Russian: ВикторАлексеевичЗубков ), born the September 15th 1941, with Arbat (the Ural), is an economist, senior official and Russian politician , Prime Minister of Russia since the September 14th 2007.

Career in the sovkhoses

Zoubkov was born in Arbat, a village of the the central Ural, in the Oblast de Sverdlovsk. He works of 1958 to 1960 as fitter in a factory of mechanical repairs of Montchegorsk (northern of Russia), then always as fitter with the mine Nittis-Koumoujié (Severonickel combine). He follows studies of agricultural engineer to the Institute of agriculture of Leningrad which he finishes in 1965 with the diploma for the occupation of agronomist-economist. who is then Vladimir Poutine, mayor-assistant of the city. In 1993, Zoubkov returns to the federal service of the taxes, initially like assistant then as chief of the direction of the federal minister of the Taxes and Perceptions for the town of Saint-Pétersbourg.
