Frederic Play (1806-1882) Polytechnicien, engineer of the body of the mines and paternalist sociologist French asserting tradition counter-revolutionary. Author of a remained investigation celebrates on the " workmen européens" (1855). Founder of the international Company of the practical studies of social economy and the Union of social peace.
