Victory Program
Launched with the the United States in January 1942, the Victory Program is a programme of saving in war which makes it possible this power to become " the arsenal of the démocraties" by producing increasing quantities of planes, armoured tanks and ships, the liberty ships , which leave their building sites at the rate/rhythm of every 12 days.
