Victoria de Acentejo

Victoria de Acentejo is a commune located in the north of the island of Tenerife in the archipelago of the the Canaries (Spain).

History

It is at this place that Spanish gained the final battle against the Guanches on December 25th 1495, after having undergone a bloody defeat two years before with Matanza de Acentejo.
