Victor Samuel Summerhayes
Victor Samuel Summerhayes is a British Botaniste , born the February 21st 1897 with Street, Somerset and dead the December 27th 1974.
It obtains a Bachelor off Sciences in 1920 with London. It has in load the Herbier orchises of the royal Botanical gardens of Kew of 1924 with 1964.
It makes appear off Wild Orchids Britain (1951, republished in 1968). It revises the second edition of Flora West Tropical Africa in 1968 and contributes to the part on the orchises of the Flora Tropical East Africa (1968) and to the Kew Bulletin .
Phillip James Cribb (1964-) dedicates to him the Summerhayesia .
