Victor Feguer

Victor Harry Feguer (1935 - March 15th, 1963) was the last federal prisoner carried out with the the United States before Timothy McVeigh, and the condemned last carried out in the state of the Iowa. The execution of McVeigh was very médiatisée whereas the media little paid attention to Victor Feguer or his execution.
