Victor Clement

Victor Clément was born with Poligny (the Jura) in 1824, the date of its death is unknown. It is a personality of the Commune of Paris.

March 26th, he is elected with the Conseil of the Commune by XVe district where he sits in the committee of supply. April 23rd it is charged to visit the prisons. He votes against the creation of the Comité of public Hello. After the bloody Semaine it is stopped and the 3rd council of war condemns it to three years of prison.
