Victim of the duty
A victim of the duty is an agent of the French, civil servant or assimilated State, having found death in the performance or at the time of the exercise of its duties.
A victim is recognized like “victim of the duty” after the publication of a decree of the President of the French Republic published with the Journal officiel de la R3epublique fran1caise.

Circumstances
