Historically Vichten made party of the fields of the Lords of Useldange.
The first Lords of Useldange had armorial bearings with ten bars money and mouths.
By Useldange heritages (as of other possessions) was allocated to the dukes of Bade. The armorial bearings of Bade are represented by an oblique bar in mouths in the blazon. (The armorial bearings of Bade were in partition with a dextral part out of gold charged with an oblique bar in mouths.)
After 1709 the field became property of the Seigneurs of Everlange whose armorial bearings of azure with money fasce were accompanied by two gold stars one points the other as a chief of it.
These stars were also built-in so that the armorial bearings represent the 3 dynasties owners before 1792.
