The Vertigo is an attraction which is in the park Walibi Belgium (In the past Walibi Wavre and Six Belgium Flags). This attraction is a principle which is halfway between the Téléphérique and the Russian mountain. The visitors take seat in a nacelle which is composed of four seats, this one balances themselves ahead and behind avaçant on an iron reinforcement with the shape of tube, which itself is retained by a cable for thus positioning in the elevator part of attraction. The seats are thus raised with a height of approximately 60 meters. The nacelles are then released by the process of braking of the elevator for thus traversing one strolls at high speed which is of approximately 60 km/h on a distance of approximately 900 meters for finally returning to the station of attraction.

The station of attraction is located where the old named attraction Tornado was before which was the first attraction provided with a loop in Europe. Attraction " Vertigo" fly over two parts different from the park which are " Lucky Luke city" and " Bob and Bobette".

Vertigo is a single attraction in the World. Further information

Currently attraction is in prey with many engineering problems such those which occurred on July 31st, 2007. Attraction indeed remained wedged during approximately an hour. Then, the following day, attraction with sudden a problem of this type but which with less longer persisted. Attraction is thus not yet completely at the point.

The concern to regulate

For the moment, attraction with an output of approximately 400 people per hour (with points to 600 people) what is obviously not enough for an innovation such as that one and which is at most single in the world (normally, one must arrive at 800 people per hour).
