The Vermentino di Gallura is a wine DOCG produces in the Province of Olbia-Tempio, it owes its name with the type of vine Vermentino and the area of the Gallura.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • Dress : Yellow straw with greenish
  • Bouquet : subtle, intense, delicate nose.
  • Taste : delicate, flexible, slightly bitter after-taste of flowers fraiches.

Advised dishes

Pleasant very fresh out of aperitif (approximately 6-8°).

Marie well with roasted fish, seafood and young cheese of ewe (Pecorino sardo) been used for 10-12°.
