Vergina Sun
The seventh stage of the Tour of Italy 2004 was held between Frosinone and Montevergine on 214km. It is Italian Damiano Cunego who carries it with the sprint in front of Australian the Bradley McGee. Damiano Cunego thus takes again the head of general classification with Gilberto Simoni, thanks to the allowances on arrival. Nevertheless, the variations in top of general classification remain very weak at this stage of the competition.
