Verbania is a Italian city of the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Piedmont, area of the Plaine of Po.

Patronym

Verbania draws its name from Verbano , another name of the Lake Maggiore which it borders.

History

At the beginning of the 20th century, the city was very appraisal by the Noblesse and the Bourgeoisie which built their residences there. She, thereafter, was forsaken for Stresa, quoted close.
