Velenjak
Velenjak ولنجك is a district of the North-West of Teheran, Iran.
The district is located on the slopes of the Alborz, near the Tochal, the ski station of Teheran. The fresh climate and the installations of leisures make of it a very popular district at Téhéranais the ends of the week (Friday). The population of this district, like the majority of the north of Teheran, is rather easy.
Several embassies are located in this district, of which those of the Ivory Coast, the Algérie and the Serbia.
The university Shahid Beheshti and the university of medical sciences Shahid Beheshti are also located in this district.
