This article presents various receipts of juice of vegetable without alcohol.

Receipts

Flip lawyer

- 1 lawyer, 15 cl.de juice of Tomato, 1 Egg yolk, 2 Cl. juice of Lemon-yellow, salt of Celery, Pepper, 3 features of Worcestershire sauce.

Shrimp cocktail

- 6 Shrimp S, 15 Cl. juice of Tomato, 2 Cl. juice of Lemon-yellow, salt, Pepper, 3 features of Worcestershire sauce.

- To put in an electric mixer 4 peeled shrimps, tomato juice, lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce . To mix . Decorated with 2 shrimps, a cress and lemon section.

These two Cocktail S can be useful like entry at the beginning of a meal.

Cocktail carrot

- 10 Cl. juice of Carrot, 5 Cl. juice of Tomato, 2 Cl. juice of Lemon-yellow, salt of Celery, Pepper.

- To pour ice in a Shaker, to add the carrot juice, the tomato juice, the lemon juice, celery salt and pepper . To strongly agitate . Decorated with some discs with carrot and a section of lemon.

Virgin Mary

- 12 Cl. juice of Tomato, 2 Cl. juice of Lemon-yellow, 2 features of Tabasco, 2 features of Worcestershire sauce, Celery salt, Pepper.

- To add the ingredients in glass with ice floes . Decorated with celery and lemon.

Oyster meadow

- 5 Cl. of Ketchup, 2 features of Worcestershire sauce, 2 features of Tabasco, 1 Egg yolk, salt, pepper, Paprika.

- To pour ketchup, the tabasco, the worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in glass. To mix using a spoon. To add the egg yolk without breaking it, powdering with paprika .

- Easy way: To make slip some drops of Olive oil on the walls of empty glass before adding the ingredients, the cocktail will slip better, cocktail with drinking of a feature without stirring up it.
